This is a journey to explore your Sacred Bad Girl: the naughty, audacious, mischievous and Divine. The aspects you have not allowed yourself to express because society has taught you they are “bad”.
This isn’t just about sensuality (though she’s more than welcome here). It’s about reclaiming the flavours of your feminine expression, bold, quiet, fierce, playful, messy, radiant, and recognising the power that lives in your full spectrum.
Each session invites you to connect with your audacious desires and allow them to be seen. It is an opportunity to strengthen the ability to stand centred in your authenticity: in your yes, your no, your shadow and your truth. These disowned parts aren’t shameful; they are tools of liberation.
We’ll gather as women to witness and celebrate each other in the frequency of the Sacred Bad Girl, to anchor self-love, body reverence, our baddie desires and deep trust in our inner authority.
The four weeks
- “If I were a Bad Girl…” Learn about hypnosis and self-hypnosis, and craft your own therapeutic suggestions and affirmations.
- Amplify shadow into a kinky empowerment tool.
- Yes and No. Comfort in authority and authenticity.

Each meeting includes a group hypnosis experience based on self-love, self-trust and liberation, a hypnosis recording to take home, and a group chat where we encourage each other’s Bad Girl to thrive and celebrate our wins.
You’re invited to come as your Sacred Bad Girl wishes to appear. Maybe that’s lace and lingerie, jeans and a t-shirt, the old clothes you’d never dare wear in public, or an outfit that makes you catch your breath in the mirror. Nudity is welcome but not mandatory. Just like the feminine cycle, your style is free to transform from week to week.
This is a safe, consent-based space where every woman is honoured as the living embodiment of her truth.
